I understand that at this time, Maureen accepts Premera, Lifewise (except the Cascade Select plan), Some Blue Cross plans, First Choice, and Kaiser PPO only (NOT Kaiser Core).

Outside of insurance: rates are $170/50 minutes. I am happy to provide paperwork to seek insurance reimbursement after payment.
